Our product is made from natural ingredients. Taste and aroma may be slightly different in each due to different batches of harvest. Ingredients: Apricot Kernal, Soya Bean, Oats, Polydexstrose (Pre-biotic), Lotus Seeds, Purple Chinese Yam Fu Ling, Foxnut, Skim Milk. Instructions: Add 3 scoops into a 200ml glass of warm or any beverage, stir well, and be ready to serve. Content: 400g x 1 packs
